HOW DOES IT WORK?

The sessions are 60-minutes each and they take place on a teleconference.

In our first session, you will declare your goals for your health and weight loss – and then we’ll spend the next 4 months helping you get there!

The group will provide you with support and accountability, so that you stay focused and on track.

You are guaranteed to receive personal coaching and attention in each and every session.  Each group is limited to 5 people maximum, so that you are guaranteed to speak and be heard in every session. My priority is making sure you get the most out of our time.

These sessions are highly interactive. We’re all going to participate and benefit from each others struggles and successes.

In between sessions, you will have unlimited email coaching and support.

“But, what if I have to miss a session…or two?”

No problem at all. Life happens and we’ll miss you! Each class will be recorded so you can listen to it afterwards.

LOOKING FOR EXTRA SUPPORT?

If you’re looking for additional one-on-one support as you’re losing weight, we can get on the phone together throughout this program.

Adding private coaching to the group class can be a great way for you to:

  •  make a stronger commitment to your weight loss goals
  •  overcome the pitfalls you’ve had in the past

You’ll schedule your 30-minute consults whenever you want (two calls a month for the length of the class) .
