Blueberry Almond Smoothie


½ cup of almond milk

½ cup of low-fat plain greek yoghurt

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

½ banana

2 tsp chia, hemp or flaxseeds (optional)

a dash of cinnamon

1 tsp honey


Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Enjoy!
